  • after 4-8 weeks treatment for GORD if symptoms controlled
  • after 2-12 weeks treatment for peptic ulcer disease, functional/empirically treated dyspepsia
  • stress ulcer prophylaxis in critical care - on leaving ICU
  • asymptomatic, uncomplicated H pylori infection on completing 2/52 course
