Clinical presentation	May not be overtly peritonitic in older patients....
Pathogenesis	Faecal content → septic shower Chemical irritation
Diagnostic investigations	CT! → site of perforation, abscesses
Management	Generally Impending septic doom stuff. Inotropes, abx, antifungals with bowel perf (from the gut's usual candida sloshing around) Watch for abdominal compartment syndrome
