- Pulse check up to 1 minute (!)
- No drugs until core temp >30C
- Longer intervals between drugs
- 6-10 minutes if the core temperature is 30-34°C.
- Shock VF up to 3x then none until core temp >30C
- Role for mechanical CPR; ECLS
- They're not dead until they're warm and dead!
