  • fundus - sits in liver in midclavicular line
  • body - adjacent to transverse colon, superior aspect of duodenum
  • neck - Hartmann's pouch = mucosal fold where gallstones may get lodged

  • anterior: liver, anterior abdo wall
  • posterior: transverse colon, D1, D2
  • inferior: biliary tree, D2-4
